We are so confident that your iknow-uk listing will pay for itself that we offer a full money back guarantee. In the unlikely event of the advertising not paying for itself within six months we will issue a full refund of fees you have paid to us*.

Phone enquiries not counted!

The iknow-uk guarantee takes no account of enquiries made by phone, which can be as much as half the enquiries that your site advertisement and online marketing generates. We only count what we can monitor, which is emailed enquiries. But this does not stop us placing your full contact details on display, including your phone number!

Refund Policy

In the unlikely event of your iknow-uk advertising not paying for itself within six months we will issue a full refund of fees paid if you meet the conditions below.

*Conditions of refund

A claim will be investigated by iknow-uk. A full refund of paid subscription is provided if:

You have sought and acted on advice from iknow-uk to improve performance.
The cost of the advertising exceeds the assumed booking value generated in six months.
Assumed booking value converts 30% of bed-night enquiries, multiplied by £30 per night.
Guarantee does not apply to customers who choose to have a web link as we cannot monitor click-through traffic or the quality of the traffic-receiving website.
