We operate a highly successful 'try before you buy' policy with all our potential customers. In order to make accommodation owners aware of our services it is vital that we have accurate and up to date information in our database.
This role is part customer facing and part administrative. You will be responsible for producing accommodation data for new websites and also gaining approval from potential customers to start a free, no obligation trial. The customer contact will be by phone and email.
You may well have worked in a call centre but want something more challenging and rewarding. You will have a confident and professional phone manor, excellent keyboard skills, good attention to detail and the ability to write small descriptive property summaries.
