What effect will the link have on my website?You should get more visitors and more enquiries generated through your own website. However, you might not be able to tell if a visitor making an enquiry through your site found your own site from visiting your iknow advert.

Is my website up to it?Our customer's websites vary greatly in quality. If your site is not all it could be it might actually put people off! Make sure you have great photos and your site is quick and easy to use.
Can I tell how many people find my site through iknow?Yes. Your website provider should provide you with webstats that tell you how many people visit your site and where they come from, including which sites they come from. Most web providers supply these stats at no extra charge.
How will you know when I have set up my link?The status of your link is monitored daily and any changes will normally be reflected on your listing within 48 hours.
Can I change the link code you provide?No. If you change the link code in any way our link checking program may not find the link to us so our link to you will be dropped.
Can I change the colour & size of your link?Yes. You can style our link how you wish as long as you place all style code outside of the code we supply you with.
Why has my link not been set up?The most common reasons are that you have not fully completed the link process or 48 hours has not yet passed. If there is no link showing on your iknow page 48 hours after the reciprocal link on your site has gone live please contact our Technical Support on 0871 871 0851 for help.
