Overview

The Best Price Guarantee is designed to give you the confidence that when booking your chosen UK accommodation you will be getting the best price available from anywhere on the Internet.

If you do find the price cheaper online for the exact same requirements within 24 hours of booking, please contact the accommodation provider who will refund you the difference.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The accommodation you are comparing must be; exactly the same property, the same accommodation type, the same location, the same dates, the same room type, the same occupancy, the same board type and the same booking conditions, e.g. twin room with en suite must be matched by twin room with en suite, not just twin room.
  2. You must make your claim within 24 hours of confirming your booking with the accommodation provider.
  3. The lower price must be available on the Internet
  4. If you wish to make a claim, please contact the accommodation owner directly.
  5. All claims will be investigated by the accommodation owner and they will inform you if your claim has been successful or not.
  6. Exclusions if;
    • You have used a website that doesn’t disclose the name of the accommodation until after the booking has been made
    • Prices are based on a customer loyalty, members loyalty or other such reward schemes
    • Prices are part of a staff discount scheme
    • Prices that are part of any other discount or special offer promotion
    • The accommodation provider uses multiple online booking partners and you choose a price that is not the cheapest available on the iknow site for the room you require
    • The accommodation provider is not part of the Best Price Guarantee scheme
    • Multiple prices are available and you haven’t chosen the best available
  7. iknow-uk reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time. We will only do so when we have good reason. Any changes will be published on our website; www.iknow-uk.com
  8. If the accommodation provider does not allow you to book online, then the best price guarantee will apply to the price you actually book at and not any guide prices that you may see on the iknow websites.
