Barmouth Beach

An idyllic base for a family break, the pretty town of Barmouth is set on the beautiful Snowdonia coastline and offers a long sandy beach, plenty of outdoor activities and live shows at the Dragon Theatre. Enjoy scenic boat trips around the surrounding coastline and see if you can spot a host of local wildlife including seals, dolphins and porpoises.

The town is also host to an annual walking festival each September where you can enjoy a host of walks with experienced guides. Barmouth is also a popular base for cycling with the National Cycle Network, a 240 mile cycling route, passing through the town and scenic rides along the Mawddach Estuary nearby.
