Beddgelert

Beddgelert is one of the prettiest towns in Snowdonia National Park and provides an excellent base for both a romantic break and family/ group walking holiday. The scenic Aberglaslyn Pass which runs south to Porthmadog and the Nant Gwynant Valley are both situated close by. Attractions to visit in the town include Sygun Copper Mine and St Mary's Church whose origins date back to the 6th Century.

Beddgelert and its surrounding countryside offers a good choice of accommodation including secluded holiday cottages ideal for a special weekend away and family run hotels surrounded by the scenery of Snowdonia National Park. If you are touring the area, Beddgelert also offers a choice of camping and caravanning sites with pre-pitched tents also available. You could also stay in a pretty Beddgelert restaurant with rooms alongside the River Colwyn or if you are travelling in a group, search our website for larger holiday cottages ideal for walker or extended families.
