A collection of 17th Century self catering holiday cottages, set among the tranquil countryside of an arable farm at Cotton, mid Suffolk. The market town of Stowmarket is just fifteen minutes away and has an array of cafes, restaurants, friendly pubs and shops selling local produce - perfect for stocking up on supplies during your stay.
A choice of three delightful cottages, each sleeping 2-4 people, are available. Upon your arrival you will find freshly laundered sheets and towels, together with tea and coffee along with fresh milk in the fridge. This fine accommodation has been rated four stars for quality and comfort for the past ten years and provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The three cottages are: Cater, Champains and Cobbins.
Each of the Coda Cottages at Cotton is complete with oil fired central heating to ensure your comfort, whatever the time of year. Both have Freeview TV, a DVD player and radio/CD player for your entertainment, together with a fitted kitchen complete with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
There are beamed walls in the living area, wooden floors and large picture windows which gaze out over the owner's farmland. A dining table and four chairs is provided for home cooked meals.
Each cottage has a double bedroom on the mezzanine level together with additional sleeping accommodation on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room attached.
Each cottage has access to the laundry room which contains an industrial size washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The owners ask for a four pound contribution to the pot after each use.
One of the cottages is on a single level and has features which are designed to help disabled visitors. WiFi Internet access available. Well behaved dogs are welcome to join their owners at these cottages.

There are a wide range of attractions to be found within twenty minutes drive of the properties including Stonham Barns, with its craft shops, owl sanctuary and nine hole golf course; Henry Watson Potteries and historic Bury St Edmunds with its ruined abbey where the Magna Carta is claimed to have been signed.
