Welcome to Cringleford Guest House in Norwich. Situated in a peaceful residential location, our highly recommended property offers seven ensuite guest rooms suitable for single guests, couples and families. We are ideally situated close to the A11 and A47 with plenty of off road parking available. We are three and a half miles from Norwich City Centre and within walking distance of the University (uea), Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, John Innes and the Norwich Research Park. Pubs and restaurants are close by and a Park and Ride service also operates into the City Centre.
All of our seven guest room offer ensuite facilities and are furnished with a mixture of single, twin, king or super king-size beds. Families of up to five people can be accommodated in one of our rooms, and a cot is available for any room. All guest rooms are well equipped with Freeview TV, DVD player, work desk, tea/ coffee making facilities, a hair dryer. An ironing board is available on request. Two of our rooms are situated on the ground floor and may be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Breakfast is served in our modern breakfast room which can seat up to twenty people. Light lunches, for small conferences or meetings are also available by separate agreement in advance, and we may also be able to offer sandwiches for late arrivals, subject to advance notice. Families are welcome and high chairs are available for younger children. Check in time is normally between 2pm and 9.00pm although we will do our best to vary this by prior agreement. Guests normally vacate their rooms by 10.30am / 11.00am on the day of departure, but again, we will try to be as accommodating as possible.
