"Everything as stated in the brochure. Clean, pleasant chalet to stay in with everything you need provided. Would have liked a slightly bigger TV but this is only personal choice as eyesight not 100% and had difficulty reading script on screen. All in all a comfortable home from home. Tips for Travellers - we ate out in many different places we visited but did not find any problems finding places where dogs were welcome. Fairhaven Park and water gardens well worth a visit with a trip on the broads for good measure. Would recommend the longer one as very interesting and boatman had good local knowledge". (The Smithers in Chalet 38, submitted 28 May 2017).
"Fantastic hosts always on the end of the phone or email for advice and places to go. Tips for Travellers:- Ti's Bar and Grill at the top of the site is a great place to watch sport and have a meal. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It does get busy so if you've got a dog allow time to get a seat outside". (The Dick family who stayed in Chalet 37, submitted 31 May 2017).
"Staying at Chalet number 37 at Sundowner holiday park was a pleasure form start to end." Reviewed September 6, 2016
"Hi Sally, We felt welcomed from the first moment of contact and Sally helped find suitable dates for us at short notice. We arrived and the property was extremely clean and up-to date, even got left some complimentary biscuits and tea bags. We then enjoyed our stay at a lovely laid back park, even though we have 3 children and 2 dogs, we were still not short of things to do. It's safe to say we all loved our stay. Upon the end of our stay, we saw Sally and Kevin in the morning, who again were friendly and courteous, even let us extend our stay until gone 11am. Within 48 hours of our holiday finishing, it was confirmed we could have our deposit back. All round 10/10, no complaints from us. Kind regards, Jamie Briggs".
"It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely clean and well equipped chalet." Reviewed September 19th, 2016.
"Easy to find, on a very peaceful Park. Although I didn't meet the Owners I did speak to them by telephone and they were wonderful pleasant folks to deal with. Tips for other travellers. As well as Hemsby itself, which is very dog friendly, also visit Winterton which is less than two miles away - beautiful views, and if you have young dogs like us, they will adore the place!" Martin Norman.
"Just wanted to contact you to thank you for making our holiday with a fantastic chalet. Everyone loved it, thanks again". Tina, Gary & Family.
"This was our first stay at a Chalet Park, and we found it to be ideal for trips out to see all that Norfolk has to offer. The Chalet had all the comforts of home, and was very 'doggy friendly'!. For a site that is so large, it was very quiet. The additional bonus was not having to put coins in the electric meter!. Recommended. Burlinson.
"Excellent communication from start to finish of booking. Chalet great, would use again no problem". Matthews
