Situated on the edge of the Norfolk Broads, families holidaying at Breydon Water Holiday Park can enjoy two fabulous parks for the price of one! Spend family time at Yare Village with its superb heated outdoor pool and new Show Bar or visit the more relaxed village of Bure which has an indoor pool and gym. Guests can enjoy the facilities at both and visit the bright lights of Great Yarmouth which are set just a short drive away.
All caravans have a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a TV with Freeview service and a gas or electric fire in the lounge. Higher grade caravans may also have a freezer and we provide towels in our Platinum caravans.
We also have a range of Silver apartments at the park which are ideal for up to six people and well equipped with a fridge/ freezer, microwave, free gas and electricity, multi room heating and free entertainment passes.
The park is open from March 18th to October 28th. Check in time is dependent on the level of caravan booked and ranges from 1.30pm for Platinum caravans to 4pm for bronze caravans. Check out time is by 10am on your departure day.
Dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £30 for a short break and £50 per week in certain accommodation.
We provide bed linen but please bring your own towels (except in Platinum caravans), tea towels and other essentials such as washing up liquid and extra loo rolls. Gas, water and electric for your stay are included.
For Sat Nav use: NR31 9QB From Gt.Yarmouth on the A12 towards Lowestoft go straight over 2 roundabouts. Take the exit signposted Burgh Castle. At the bottom of the slip road, turn right at the lights, signposted Diss and Beccles. Continue on the Beccles Road for 1.5 miles and after 100 metres turn right signposted Burgh Castle and Belton. At the mini roundabout turn right onto Stepshort. Continue along this road and Bure Village is on the right, Yare Village is on the left a further 600 metres along.
