This 18th Century listed building is located in private extensive grounds in Patrick, Isle of Man and has been recently converted and lovingly restored to provide 4 star Gold self catering accommodation for up to four people. Situated just two miles from Peel with a range of shops and restaurants to choose from, the accommodation is ideal for exploring the local area. Peel Castle, museum and House of Mannanan are also within close proximity and WIFI can be accessed at the Western Swimming Pool or the Toy Box. The Airport at Ballasalla is just 10 miles to the South and the ferry at Douglas in 10 miles East.
The property still retains many original features from its time as a coach house, banqueting hall and billiards room and now provides a delightful living area with ornate coved ceiling and original fireplace with wood burning stove. Combining these beautiful and original features with all modern conveniences needed for a self catering break, the house also provides TV with freeview and DVD player, underfloor heating and well equipped kitchen. There is a large lawn and decked seating area for those lazy summer afternoons and guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside.
The ground floor, originally the coach house, has now been converted into two bedrooms including one king and one twin. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower and underfloor heating. We regret that accommodation is unsuitable for disabled persons.
Children are most welcome, however, due to its layout the property is more suited to adults, and children over the age of five. The property is also unable to accommodate pets, as it is situated within the curtilage of a working farm. This is a non smoking property.
