About this property

Grosvenor House is located in the very heart of London on Drury Lane in Covent Garden and offers self-catering studio apartments.

The location is spectacular - just yards away from the main piazza of Covent Garden and many of London s most famous theatres. It is within easy reach of Oxford Street, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, China Town and all of the West End. Transport links could not be better with two underground stations within five minutes walk.

Each studio apartment has its own kitchenette, dining area, bathroom and, of course, beds. The kitchenettes are equipped with combi-oven, hob, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The bathrooms contain a shower, toilet and basin.

Grosvenor House offers good facilities, excellent value and a location that is hard to beat.

Grosvenor House is a hall of residence of the London School of Economics and Political Science. It offers self-catering accommodation to all during the Summer.

Directions to LSE Grosvenor House Studios

Grosvenor House is ideally located for exploring all of London - it is just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden, Oxford Street and most of London s most famous Theatres.
p The nearest Underground station is Holborn on the Piccadilly and Central Lines. When exiting Holborn Station take the main exit onto Kingsway and turn left. Cross over the road and take the second right into Great Queen Street. Continue along Great Queen Street and take the second left into Drury Lane. Grosvenor House will be on your left-hand side. This journey should take no more than 5 minutes.
p Covent Gardent Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) is also very close by although this station can get very busy at peak times and on Saturdays. You will exit onto the corner of James Street and Long Acre. Turn right along Long Acre and then take the third turning on the right into Drury Lane. Grosvenor House will be on your left-hand side. This journey should take no more than 5 minutes.
p Several buses run past Holborn tube station which provide excellent access around London.

p From most mainline stations and St. Pancras International (Eurostar) the simplest way to Grosvenor House is to take the underground to Holborn Station. From Waterloo Station however you may find it easier to travel by bus (68, 59 or 243) to Holborn Station.
p From Heathrow Airport simply take the Piccadilly Line to Holborn Station.
p

From Gatwick Airport take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. At Victoria change onto the Underground. Use the Victoria Line to Green Park and then change onto the Piccadilly Line to Holborn.
p From London City Airport use the DLR to travel to Bank, then use the Central Line on the Underground to Holborn Station.
p From Stansted Aiprort use the Stansted Express to travel to Liverpool Street and then change onto the Central Line on the Underground to Holborn Station.
p London s famous black taxis are also an excellent way to travel around London - look for the orange taxi light above the windscreen.
