"Little Haven" is a beautifully appointed and comfortable ground floor one bedroom apartment for 2 people, with a private entrance (no steps)and adjacent parking space. It is situated 200m from the cliff top coastal path with lovely walks and beautiful views of the English Channel, and from where you will often encounter spectacular sunsets and ever changing seas.
Ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday break. It is convenient for exploring Lewes and many of the other picturesque Sussex villages nestling in the South Downs.
There is a frequent bus service to both the City of Brighton & Hove 7 miles, or Eastbourne 12 miles. A convenience store is within walking distance of the apartment along with many pubs, restaurants and take away food shops. Everything you may require will be within easy reach during your stay in Peacehaven.
The rooms are all situated on the ground floor with level access throughout. There is a good sized sunny south facing dining room and comfortable lounge area with Satellite TV, DVD and a radio. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and slow cooker. There is also a washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, and ironing facilities.
The bedroom consists of twin beds which can be linked, fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. The furniture can be re-arranged if requested by the guest. Pillows and duvets are non-allergenic. The bathroom has a thermostatic shower over the bath with support rails and a wall mounted grab rail to the toilet. The wash basin has lever taps.
The apartment has gas central heating, to keep you warm and cosy during your winter break!

Newhaven ferry port is only 2.5 miles away. Why not take a day trip to Dieppe? Direct bus link to Brighton train station and Newhaven train station/ferry port
There are golf club facilities at Peacehaven and Seaford for the golf enthusiast. There are excellent opportunities for sea fishing at Seaford. Freshwater fishing lakes can be found at Swanborough, near Lewes. Not far away are excellent beaches in Seaford, Saltdean and Rottingdean, ideal for bathing on a hot summer's day, or perhaps you'd like to take a leisurely stroll along the clifftops of Peacehaven and Telscombe Cliffs, where you can take in the magnificent scenery, and maybe stop at one of the pubs on route?
Going East from Brighton or Rottingdean along the A259 on the South Coast Road look out for the Sussex Coaster pub on the left at the far end of Peacehaven. The next turning on the right is Friars Avenue. Going West from Newhaven on the A259 you will come to a bend to the right with the view of the sea, continue a short distance passing a speed camera (be careful) and take the next turning on the left. By bus, take the no.12/12a, along the A259, to Peacehaven. The stop is called Seaview Avenue and is within easy walking distance of Little Haven.
