The cottage has a cosy outdoor open patio with a small bistro set which is accessed from the back door.
Parking is available close to the cottage (temporary unloading space is adjacent) in high season
Bronte’s Rest is ideal for families and less mobile guests (if prepared to use the sofa bed in living room), with access from street level.
Well trained pets are welcome across the ground floor only and for an extra fee of £30 per pet per week.
A welcome basket inclusive of tea, coffee and sugar and some other essentials is available on arrival.
Gas, electricity, bed linen and towels are all also included in your booking together with your first supply of logs/coal for the open fire. Please bring along your own beach towel.
Accommodation is non-smoking throughout.

Follow signs for the castle and once on Castle Road, just after the Scarborough Arms take a right turn on to Tollergate and Friargate, then left onto St Sepulchre Street and keep on the road leading round to Princess Street. Half way down Princess Street at the break in the houses take the right hand turn onto Princess Lane. Bronte’s Rest is the only property on this road - No.2 featuring a pink door. Parking is close by around the castle and Princess Square.
