Follow signs into Torquays seafront & harbor. At the traffic lights with the sea in front of you turn left & follow the road round into the harbor always keeping the sea on your right hand side. Take the first exit off the first & second mini roundabouts,then take the 6th turning on the left into Old Torwood Road. The Seapoint Hotel is 100 meters on your left, set in the middle of a Victorian terrace.
