We offer six individually appointed en-suite rooms. All are spacious and beautifully furnished with luxurious large beds, Egyptian cotton linen, antique furnishings, flat screen digital TV's with built in DVD, Wi-Fi internet, Molton Brown toiletries and a well stocked compliment tray. Additionally there are 2 ground floor suites, ideal for families or couples. The suite comprises of sitting/dining room with a small kitchen area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room. It has its own entrance from an easy access patio. Our award-winning cooked breakfast is served in the house dining room.
We have two acres of gardens, stabling and paddocks with a spacious stable yard car park. There are plenty of pubs nearby but by arrangement we can also provide evening meals. Party bookings are welcome, great for a large family get-together.

From York take the A19 North. Cross the A1237-York bypass roundabout (the location of Rawcliffe park and ride) and continue for 2 miles to Shipton and turn left. Cross the railway and after 2 miles turn left to Linton. Follow for 2.5 miles. On entering the village continue through, The Manor House is the last on the right set back behind trees. As a further guide, follow the National Trust signs to Beningborough Hall located in Newton On Ouse a mile before Linton On Ouse.
