Ideally situated for exploring the North York Moors and the Jurassic Coast, this 150 year old farmhand's cottage is appointed to a high standard with great attention to detail throughout. Walls feature Farrow and Ball paint and the cottage has an ancient stone fireplace which we unearthed during renovation.
The cottage is perfect for year round romantic weekend breaks, a walking getaway or a family holiday. Pretty villages in the Esk Valley and Ryedale are within easy reach and the steam railway from Grosmont to Whitby is just on your doorstep. Don't miss a visit to the stunning coastal villages of Staithes, Runswick Bay and Robin Hoods Bay, and the cottage is only a short distance from The Danby Moors Centre.
The cottage has an attractive garden and a patio area with a cream bench as well as a furnished outdoor deck area and bike storage space. Roadside parking is adjacent.
