For a holiday away from the hustle and bustle look no further than Plas Bwlch Farm B&B. Surrounded by 15 acres of farmland relax at this welcoming Georgian style farmhouse for a well deserved break in Llanidloes.  Plas Bwlch has been awarded a 4 star rating and boasts spectacular views of the Upper Wye Valley. Your hosts Pauline and Michael are on hand to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay in Wales.


Plas Bwlch has a double and a twin room both with en suite bathrooms. The rooms are comfortable and have tea & coffee making facilities, television and alarm clock.  Both rooms are located on the lower ground floor which gives them a self contained feel A shared breakfast room with a fridge for your own use is also provided.


We provide a full cooked breakfast, along with beverages, cereals and juices.


Walk out from the breakfast room into a lovely suntrap courtyard with seating and super views across the garden to the lovely countryside.

Around and About

The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. Bird watchers staying at Plas Bwlch will be lucky enough to spot beautiful Red Kite from the farm. For an even closer view head to the local Red Kite feeding stations. For guests wanting to discover Mid Wales the area is renowned for walking and cycling, with The Welsh National Cycle Route passing through Llangurig, whilst The Severn Way is within easy reach and is the longest riverside walk in Britain.

Plas Bwlch Farm enjoys wonderful views and is a small working farm. Meet our rare Pedigree Dutch Zwartbles sheep and chickens which provide our fresh farm eggs each morning for your wholesome Welsh breakfast. Guests arriving in March or April maybe lucky enough to see the baby lambs.
