Welcome to Fleurie House in Torquay, a charming Victorian guest house which is only a short stroll from the seafront of the famous English Riviera. This lovingly presented B&B offers a range of 4 star guest rooms from single occupancy to family rooms for four, all with access to free Wi-Fi. We are ideally situated on a quiet road, just moments from the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants and also boast easy access by car to the surrounding Dartmoor and Devon countryside. Cooked breakfasts are served each morning and are included as part of your room booking and we offer free private parking for all guests staying with us.
Each of our seven guest rooms have their own private en-suite facilities, a refreshment tray, television, hair dryer, alarm clock and adjustable central heating. The rooms are individually styled and are still in keeping with the Victorian charm of the building with room choices including single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. Breakfasts are served in our elegant dining each morning and guests have a wide choice of cooked options from Full English to smoked salmon. Vegetarian options are available and we are able to cater for a range of dietary requirements with prior notification. There are also a choice of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, juices, toast, preserves and hot beverages available. During your stay, you can catch the afternoon sunshine from the sun terrace and enjoy the friendly and attentive service we provide.
Bed linen and towels are provided on your arrival. We have a private car park for up to six cars which is exclusively for guests of Fleurie House. We provide a range of books and games for your entertainment and are always happy to help you plan a day trip or point you in the right direction of some of Torquay’s best attractions. We are not licensed to sell alcohol on the premises but welcome guests to bring their own.
From the M5 take the A3032 (Newton Road) into Torquay. At the lights at Torre station turn right into Avenue Road, sign posted sea front. Go straight down Avenue Road through 1st set of lights turning after and before the 2nd set of lights into Bampfylde Road. Fleurie House can be found a short distance up on the right.
