The Cleveland Way runs closeby and local attractions include Duncombe Park, the James Herriott museum, Castle Howard and the historic City of York.
The living accommodation including a cosy sitting room with exposed beams, a large feature fireplace, two leather sofas and a dining suite. There is also an electric wood burner effect stove and modern kitchen facilities in the adjacent area include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share use of a bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin.
The property has a large lawn garden with picnic bench and beautiful country views. There is also off road parking for two cars. The nearest pub is four miles away and shops can be found seven miles away in Helmsley.
The rental charge includes central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. One cot/ fold up bed can be provided on request.
Short breaks may be available at certain times of the year. One well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement. No smoking.
