Our B&B accommodation is well presented and comfortable and because the rooms are in different parts of the property with their own entrances you have peace and privacy not found in many other guest accommodations.
Cottage Rooms - room five is a spacious suite with a king bed and room six has a double and a single bed again ideal for couples and small families.
Log Cabins - both have standard double beds, these rooms are ideal if you wish to bring your well behaved dog with you. Each cabin has a lovely decking area where you can sit and relax enjoying your favourite tipple!
Annexe Rooms - Two family suites one equipped with two bedrooms and a bathroom and a ground floor family room suitable for guests with limited mobility which has direct access to the car park and has a wet room.
All rooms are en suite and equipped with hospitality trays, luxury toiletries, digital TV's, free wi-fi and ironing board and iron. Most of our rooms boast breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

We have a mouthwatering selection of cereals, fruit, juices, fresh teas and cafeteria coffee together with a cooked breakfast of your choice using the finest local produce. All with masses of toast, jams and marmalade.
A lighter continental breakfast is also available,as well as vegetarian, vegan ,and gluten free can all be catered for but please inform us of this on booking.
By arrangement only for walkers or cyclists there is a tempting selection of freshly prepared kitchen suppers, using local produce where possible.
We have a well equipped guest kitchen and lounge area for eating your takeaway or your own food.
For your convenience there is off road car parking, drying facilities for wet outdoor clothings and stables available for hire. Guests can use the gardens there are picnic tables, loungers and garden games to enjoy. We welcome well behaved dogs and cats.
We will happily take you to the Wolds Way and collect you after your walk.
Our setting is perfect for guests keen to explore the outdoors. Close by is the National Cycle Route 66, walking the Wolds and the Yorkshire Moors. For families head to the seaside, a short drive away is the stunning coastlines of Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby. The area is steeped in history, Beverley, Malton. Castle Howard and Fountains Abbey are all worth a visit during your stay.
