The living accommodation is open plan and includes a lounge area with leather corner suite with double sofa bed, 50" plasma TV with Freesat service & home cinema system and dining area for six people. Kitchen facilities include an American-style fridge/ freezer with ice-box, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, double oven, hob & filter coffee maker.
To keep you entertained during your stay, DVDs, games & books are all provided and we also offer a iPod docking station with CD player & radio in the lounge. A utility cupboard houses the hoover, ironing facilities, clothes airer, tool box, umbrellas etc. Free, unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi is provided for all our guests
The bedrooms at this penthouse apartment are presented as one master bedroom with 32" Plasma TV, triple wardrobe plus plenty of additional storage, an ensuite shower room, hair dryer, hair straighteners, clock radio & complimentary toiletries.
The second bedroom is a twin and offers a 22" plasma TV, double wardrobe and family amenities including a baby bath, travel cot, high chair and baby toiletries. A hair dryer & straighteners are also provided in this room and there is an additional family bathroom also with an overhead shower.
There is a further double sofa bed in the lounge.
From spring onwards, deck chairs, a cool box & a picnic set are also provided. FREE parking permits for on street parking and West Cliff car park.
We provide a welcome pack with milk and locally baked biscuits.
All bedding, towels, flannels and tea towels are provided. An extra supplement applies for use of the double sofa bed. A complimentary supply of washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee and sugar is all provided.
