Once home to smugglers, this quaint little fishing village is now popular amongst tourists and holidaymakers who come to enjoy the picturesque harbour and sandy beaches of nearby Seahouses. At just over a mile away, Seahouses provides the village with the majority of its amenities, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops, though there is a small store in Beadnell itself.
