The living accommodation also includes a reception room ideal for pre-dinner drinks and a baronial themed dining room with large welcoming fire. The kitchen is superbly appointed with a large range cooker, authentic butchers block, a dishwasher and washer/ dryer. The large hall has plenty of space for storing outdoor boots and coats, a large bench and access to the downstairs cloakroom.
The large, beautiful garden has a rotating summer house, outdoor seating and a barbecue. Plenty of parking is available.
A starter pack of tea, coffee plus some fresh eggs from the owner's hens are provided.
A travel cot can be supplied for families - please bring your own cot linen and high chair.
Oil central heating is fitted throughout the property along with a log burner and open fires.

The property is one of five at Duke's Place and the cottages can be booked together to sleep up to 24 people.
Use of the double sofa bed incurs a £25 fee.
Riding stables can be found just two minutes away and there is a local pub one mile away. A local village shop is located three miles away and the cottage is seven miles from the attractions of Harrogate. Nidderdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is located just to the north and home to Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey - both National Trust properties.
