Welcome to Orchard Cottage in Brayford, a peacefully situated three bedroom property set on the edge of Exmoor National Park and seven miles from South Molton. The property's idyllic location makes it perfect for relaxing family holidays, walking or cycling breaks or photography trips.
The spacious open plan living area has two large sofas, a dining table seating five, electric fire, Freeview TV and DVD player. Modern self catering facilities in the kitchen include a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle plus a range of cookware, cutlery and glassware. We have also provided ironing facilities and a hair dryer for your convenience.
The property offers lovely views over the chicken enclosure towards the hills of Exmoor and beyond.
The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. The three bedrooms share use of a family bathroom with WC and hand basin.
The large shared grounds have a badminton court and there is allocated car parking next to the property.
A cot and high chair can be provided by arrangement. We also supply bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided at an additional charge of £3 per person per stay.
Basic provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil are provided along with basic cleaning materials.
The changeover day is Saturday and short breaks of two nights or more may be available during off peak times. The arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am on your final day.
Up to two dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £10 each per stay. The cottage offers non-smoking accommodation.
There is an additional property onsite, Barn Cottage, which also sleeps up to five people.
The property is heated by oil central heating and charges for electricity and heating are payable after a meter reading taken at the end of the stay.
The nearest town for groceries is South Molton and basic supplies can be found at the local pub or shop which are three miles away. The cottage is also within easy of Barnstaple, Braunton and the beautiful coastline from Croyde to Ilfracombe.
