Situated on a beautiful 280 acre farm near Wheddon Cross, Honeycott is a charming two bedroom holiday cottage perfect for relaxing family breaks to Exmoor National Park.
The cottage has a spacious open plan living area which is well appointed with two large leather sofas, a round dining suite seating four and modern entertainment facilities such as Freeview TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi service. Self catering amenities in the kitchen include a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, small appliances and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Other amenities at the cottage include an iron and board along with a hair dryer.
The bedrooms at Honeycott are presented as one king size double and one twin which share use of a family bathroom with shower attachment, WC and hand basin. There is also an additional ground floor cloakroom. The bedrooms offer spectacular views over the gardens, valley and towards the coast.
Enjoy relaxing in the sunny south facing lawn garden with seating area and wonderful country views. There is also parking for two cars on the gravelled area. Double gates allow the garden and parking area to be enclosed.
Cots and high chairs can be provided for families on request. The rental price includes bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels but please bring your own beach towels and linen for the cot. We also provided basic cleaning material plus tea, sugar, coffee, salt, pepper and oil.
Electricity and heating costs are included and provided by a biomass boiler and solar panels.
Check in time is after 3pm and please vacate by 10am on your departure day.
There are four very friendly working dogs at the farm.

A minimum of three night stay applies and guests can bring up to two well behaved dogs at an extra charge of £10 each per stay. Please note they are to be restricted to the ground floor and not permitted on any furniture. Dog owners are also requested to not leave them alone at any time in the property and keep them suitably retrained due to livestock in the immediate vicinity.
The village amenities of Wheddon Cross can be found three miles away and include The Rest and Be Thankful Inn which serves food. Luxborough is three miles away and the farm is also five miles from Dunster.
For coastal days out, head to Minehead, seven miles away or for scenic country walks, the nearby Snowdrop Valley is very popular destination. Wimbleball Reservoir is located just fifteen minutes away by car and provides excellent facilities for boating, fishing and sailing.
