An ideal home from home, The One in the Middle is a well- furnished terraced property in a quiet village location on the edge of the Peak District. Families are welcome, as are well behaved pets.

The cosy living area of this property includes a flatscreen TV, large sofa, armchairs, an original brick fireplace, cast iron gas stove and a small bookcase and coffee table.
The modern kitchen is well- equipped with a range of appliances including an electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a toaster.
There are three guest bedrooms at The One in the Middle: the main double bedroom is located on the first floor and has ample storage space in the chest of drawers and a large walk in wardrobe. Also on the first floor is a single bedroom, also with a walk in wardrobe.
In the attic, there is an additional large double bedroom with a skylight, which is reached by a steep staircase, and therefore is unsuitable for the elderly and small children.
To the rear of the house is an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture including a patio table, chairs and potted plants. There is also secure storage for bikes and other outdoor gear in a lockable out building.
Well behaved pets are welcome at this cottage, however they must sleep in the kitchen and are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.

The quaint village of Millhouse Green is situated on the edge of the Peak District National Park, which offers stunning scenery and popular walking and cycling paths.
Just a few minutes stroll away from the front door of the property is the Trans Pennine Trail, as well as the Royd Moor viewing platform, which offers panoramic views across the open fields and hills - York Minster can even be seen in the distance on clear days!
Conveniently, there is also a nearby local pub serving real ales and delicious meals, as well as a village store, newsagents and Post Office nearby.
