Reviews

We have lots and lots of excellent comments from guests on our website, here is just a small selection:

We had an amazing time and thought the house was perfect! Especially as our aim was to have quality time together, the house was so homely we spent most of the time in the kitchen! What we did see of the lakes was fab although the storm put a stop to our ferry trip! But back to the house we went and had a fantastic night with pizza and wine! We would recommend your house to everyone, fantastic location that meets the fantastic price. Next stop your place in Whitby! :) x (Ann - Barnsley - January 2017)

10/10. Very cosy. Well equipped and close to shops and restaurants. (Raj - Silsden - December 2016)

Perfect locality. A spacious, warm and comfortable cottage. (Stephen - Wigan - December 2016)

Lovely cottage with Sky TV. Nice to come home after a day out and sit on a sofa rather than in a hotel room, newly refurbed.  (Danny - Chelmsford - October 2016)

No 2 was fabulous it was well equipped and very comfortable. Having free WiFi was a bonus because you could look up places to visit then put it in your phones map. The location of no 2 is perfect as it is central for a lot of trips out. It is also perfect for being in the centre of town for all your needs. I would highly recommend no 2, it is value for money and sometimes it's worth going to the owners rather than paying through online booking companies.  Can't recommend this property enough, we will be back. (Lynn - Aberdeen - October 2016)

Everything you could ever need for a self catering holiday with lovely carpets and shower and nice modern furniture. (Leona - Oldham - September 2016)

Thank You very much for allowing us to stay at no2, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay your home is very comfortable and well organised, as with other reviews no2 is in a very quiet location even though it is in the heart of the town. We have all visited other parts of the lakes but have never been to Kendal, we all agreed Kendal has something for everyone plenty to do, a walk to the castle is a must the views are fantastic.  Leave the car at no2 explore the lakes by bus public transport it's brilliant. Once again Thank You. (Christine - Merseyside - September 2016)
