Minwear Cottage is the last remaining medieval stone cottage set in a village once owned by Anne Boleyn. It has been modernised to a high standard but maintains a cosy traditional cottage feel. It is ideally based for exploring the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline, Historic castles & convenient for the Preseli mountains. The cottage is surrounded by stunning rolling countryside views and woodland walks which makes the perfect place to return after a busy day and enjoy a family meal looking out at the fantastic sunset.
Enter into the main living area with its comfortable cottage style lounge with TV, DVD, Wifi and wood burner. The modern and well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The french doors lead out onto a sunny patio with garden furniture ideal for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and also a walk in shower room with whb and wc. There is also a ground floor bathroom with bath and shower over, whb and wc. The stairs lead from the lounge to a further three bedrooms with character beams, two twin bedded rooms and one double bedded room. All bed linen and towels supplied.
There is ample parking and extensive grounds all around the property with rural views.
