Guests will find the famous Royal Mile closeby along with a good number of shops and restaurants including the Witchery and Cranachan & Crowdie.
Selectively furnished and decorated throughout, the accommodation includes a hallway topped with a waterfall chandelier and an elegant lounge which is appointed with a leather sofa, plush armchair and glass coffee table. The living room is located at the far end of the hallway and offers beautiful views over Princes Street and North Bridge from the large bay windows. This room is furnished with an antique Chinese double cabinet, a wall mounted 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Sonos speaker system, a rustic coffee table and two sofas. The living room also enjoys access onto the small balcony and has folding doors leading into the dining room. This room boasts wonderful features such as an engraved oriental fireplace, bay windows, matching Chinese double cabinet and a table with chairs for up to eight people.
The luxurious kitchen is superbly equipped with plenty of work top space and storage including a central island with drawers on three sides. There is also a gas cooking range, dual elevated ovens, twin sinks, Samsung fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and washer/ dryer.
