Welcome to Stones Cottage Farm in Oxenhope. Situated in the beautiful wild heather and rugged moorland near Haworth, the surrounding area provided the inspirational backdrop for the Bronte sisters' novels and provides ample opportunities for walkers or cyclists.
The cottage has a contemporary open plan living area with three seater leather sofa, inset multi-fuel stove and stylish dining area. Entertainment facilities include a flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray player, a Nintendo Wii console, games and Wii Fit controller.
Modern kitchen facilities include an electric range cooker, double oven, integrated grill and six ring hob. Other facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, slow cooker, fridge and microwave.
The cottage has a large lawn garden with raised terrace area with table and chairs. There is also private parking for two cars.
An initial supply of logs or coal is provided for the fire. Online food shopping orders can be taken in and stored prior to your arrival and we can also supply fresh produce from our farm. There are also plenty of resident animals for younger guests to visit and feed.
Short breaks of three nights or more may be available during off peak times. Please note that we do not accept pets.
Stones Cottage Farm is ideal for exploring the rugged moorland of Bronte Country and is situated a short drive from Haworth. Nearby attractions include The Keighley and Worth Valley Railway which is famous for appearing in E.E Nesbitt’s The Railway Children.
