The barn is not far from Carreg Cennen Castle, Glynhir Golf Club, Aberglasney Gardens, National Botanic Garden of Wales, Dinefwr Park and Castle run by The National Trust and the interesting small market town of Llandeilo with some excellent pubs and restaurants.

A beautifully built oak kitchen in the centre of the barn with the old inglenook fireplace and the sixteenth century bread oven, an "island unit" and an electric oven with an electric hob, microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/ freezer and a second freezer.
Up 3 steps to the spacious dining area and the sitting room with its' lofty ceiling and great oak beams and original stonework. This end of the barn is furnished with comfy sofas and chairs to relax in with the fine wood burning stove, great oak beamed and double glazed windows making this a very light and warm room to enjoy the countryside. This room also has a rather magnificent dragon sculpture, made by a local craftsman who has also made a fine set of wrought iron bannisters for the flight of oak steps up to the mezzanine bedroom.
The sitting room has a 42" TV with Freeview and a DVD and a long dining table comfortably seating 8 people in the dining area.

Accessed from outside there is a separate room on the ground floor housing a very large wet room and hand basin and toilet. There is a washer/dryer and a great place for drying muddy boots and possibly being able to lock up mountain bikes.
