On entering the front garden gate of this pretty, period, riverside cottage, you get a feeling of order and attention to detail. Once inside you feel the immediate warmth from the underfloor heating radiating from the solid oak floor which is throughout the property and the lovely smell of polished antique furniture.
Riverside Cottage is ideally placed for visitors who want to explore the whole of the Brecon Beacons National Park. It is only 2 miles to Brecon town centre and less than a mile to the closest village pub The Pwllgloyw Arms. Cradoc Golf Club is 2 miles.
Just across the lane from the cottage in the hamlet of Llandefaelog and perched on the banks of the river is the tiny church of St. Maelog, parts of which date back to Celtic times.
