39 Brewhouse - This our second one bedroom property which has an open plan lounge/ kitchen area with brown leather suite, sliding doors offering lovely views over the marina and a dining table with four chairs. The apartment also has a modern kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bath/ shower room. Views over the marina can also be enjoyed from the bedroom.
54 Mills Bakery - Featuring beautiful exposed stone walls and exposed beams, this wonderful two bedroom property retains plenty of period charm and is set over two floors. There is an open plan living living area with contemporary leather furnishings, a glass dining table seating four and luxuriously appointed kitchen. The apartment is ideal for both families and two couples with two double bedrooms available. The apartment also has a modern bath/ shower room and far reaching views over the river and marina.
72 Mills Bakery - This spacious two bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished throughout and has an open plan living area with white leather suite, dining table with four chairs, exposed stonework, beams and a well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are presented as doubles and there is also modern bath/ shower room.
Each apartment is fitted with sound-proofed windows, a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, ironing facilities, a hair dryer and Wi-Fi service.
The apartments have allocated parking provided for our guests use - an extra charge of £10 per day may apply.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels and heating. Check in time is 3pm to 9pm and check out is between 10.30am and 11am.
Smoking may be permitted in some public and open air areas but not in the apartments.
A minimum three night stay is required and please note that we do not accept pets. Families with children of all ages are welcome.
The apartments are set close to six quality restaurants and within easy reach of the ferry terminals, The Hoe plus the attractions and amenities of Plymouth city centre.
