Situated close to all the amenities in Harrogate, Orleans is a detached stone built property with its own lawn garden, off road parking and plenty of home from home touches throughout.
The spacious living accommodation includes two lounges which are found off the entrance hallway. One is a quiet reading room with a piano and there is also a TV lounge with Sky, gas flame fire and DVDs provided for your use. The large dining room can seat up to at least seven guests and the luxury kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave gas hob, electric oven, fridge and American style fridge/ freezer with ice maker. The accommodation is completed by a play room with TV and football table along with a ground floor cloakroom with WC.
The bedrooms at Orleans comprise of a first floor master bedroom with king size wooden bed, painted floors and lovely views over the garden. There is also a second double bedroom and a modern shower room on this floor. A double attic room with front views can e found on the second floor and there is a futon in the playroom/ study which can be made up as a double bed at an extra charge. The family bathroom is located off the playroom and has a freestanding slipper bath and separate shower.
There is an attractive lawn garden with furniture provided. There is also a barbecue area if you wish to bring your own. Parking for two cars can be found on the driveway.
A welcome tray of beverages is provided for your arrival. We supply a high chair but please bring a travel cot and cot linen if one is required. Gas central heating is fitted.
Short breaks of two nights or more may be available during off peak times. Please note that we do not accept pets.
Harrogate International Centre can be found a 10 minute walk away along with the train station, restaurants and a cafe. A local supermarket is located a five minute walk away and attractions to visit in the town centre during your stay include The Royal Pump Room Museum, the 200 acre Stray, Harlow Carr Gardens, The Turkish Baths, Harrogate Theatre, the Valley Gardens and Betty's Cafe.
