With walks starting straight from the front door this area is great for walking, cycling and mountain biking or why not head to the many nearby attractions including the Vale of Rheidol Railway, Devil’s Bridge Waterfalls and The Hafod Estate.

This Aberystwyth self catering cottage has a hot tub (shared with one other cottage and available from September 2015) a seating area with patio furniture at the front of the cottage as well as a lawned area and parking area. Sit outside and enjoy the views and the wildlife (including Red Kites). At the rear of the cottage there is a bbq (charcoal) area, which is under cover which means you can enjoy a bbq whatever the weather. In the grounds there is also a small stream. Children can also play in the field to the side of the cottage or watch as the sheep pass by.
There is a games room on the grounds of the property (shared with one other cottage) which includes a pool table. There is also an outdoor table tennis set available.
