There is a cosy living room with plump sofas and a TV and woodburning stove - perfect for evenings in after exploring the surrounding villages in the area.
The kitchen is fully- equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, fridge/ freezer, oven, hob, toaster and a kettle. All utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided.
There are 2 bedrooms at this unique property - a double bedroom and a single bedroom.
There is a large woodland garden at this property, however it is situated across the road from the house. A small stream borders this garden, and it has a number of trees. It's the perfect place for a picnic in the sun, or for the dogs to run around.
Strictly no smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to join their owners, for a small fee of £25, however please don't allow them upstairs or on the furniture. Guests should be aware that due to the rural location this property, there is no WiFi.
Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided, however if you are visiting the beach, please supply your own towels. Guests are provided with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, sugar and biscuits for their arrival, as well as various cleaning materials and toilet rolls.

Two and a half miles from the front door is Dulverton, which is a popular town for walking, riding and fishing. You can pick up your essentials in the small supermarket, and browse the greengrocers, butchers, bakers, restaurants and antique shops in the area.
