Like all of the other cottages it is named after a King, Queen or famous figure who has visited the castle. This apartment is named after one of Sudeley’s most notorious figures, Oliver Cromwell, who ordered much of the destruction of Sudeley Castle towards the end of the English Civil War.,/p>
Within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment you will find the town of Winchcombe where there is a great selection shops, pubs, cafes and even a Michelin star restaurant. The apartment is also conveniently located as it is only seven miles from Cheltenham as well as being close to other Cotswolds' attractions.
