Ideal for families of up to four people, the cottage is close to the famous attractions at Windermere, beautiful lakeland walks and a good range of local amenities.
The comfortable lounge has original wood panelling, an electric fire, flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a garden/ dining room and a well equipped kitchen fitted with a washing machine, electric cooker, hob and fridge/ freezer. Wonderful views over the garden can be enjoyed from both the lounge and kitchen.
All three bedrooms look out over the front or rear garden and are presented as one double and two singles. The three rooms share use of a family bathroom with hand held shower attachment, WC and hand basin. There is also an additional WC at the cottage.
The cottage has gardens to the front and rear along with private off road parking for two cars. A secure garage is shared with the owners which can be used for storing outdoor gear.
Electricity and bedlinen are included in the rental price. Towels can be hired for your stay.
The cottage can be booked between May and October with short breaks possible during off peak times. One well behaved dog is welcome by arrangement at £20 per stay. Children over 10 welcome.
The cottage is set in between the shores of Esthwaite Water and Windermere, within easy reach of Grizedale Forest and Hawkshead.
