St Clethers is one of three cottages set on the Ventonglidder estate. Converted from farmyard buildings of what is still a working sheep farm, the cottage has a homely feel and still has many of the original features, and is furnished to a high standard.
On the first floor you can find a spacious yet cosy lounge with sofas, a wood- burning stove and French doors out to the patio area and garden. For your entertainment, there is a TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, digital radio and a pay as you go mobile phone.
The large kitchen/ dining area is fully- equipped for all your needs, and includes an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms at St Clethers- a double bedroom with 6' zip and link bed, which can be converted to twin 3' beds, and a twin bedroom with 3' zip and link beds which can be converted to a 6' double bed on request. The family bathroom has a shower over bath.
There is a fully enclosed, private garden with an unfenced natural pond (please supervise children.) This is accessed by French doors onto a balcony, and steps down to the lawn and patio with garden furniture.
Strictly non- smoking. No pets or barbecues allowed. Stairgate, high chair and travel cot available.

A mile away from Ventonglidder Estate are the villages of Ladock and Probus, where you can find popular restaurants, cafes, shops, a fish 'n' chop shop, mini supermarket garage and Post Office.
A further short distance is The Eden Project- the worlds largest indoor rainforest, as well as the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the park-and-float from Penryn to Falmouth, which will enable you to visit the Maritime Museum. Also within easy reach are the sandy beaches at Carne, with rock pools and safe bathing.
