The dining room seats eight, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave & grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. There is also a utility room with laundry area and toilet. To the rear, there is a large conservatory with comfortable seating.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a double bedroom with 5' half-tester bed, leading to the bathroom with a double ended slipper bath and wc. This bathroom is shared by the twin bedroom containing two 3' single beds. There is also a double bedroom with 4'6'' bed with en suite marble shower and toilet.
This medieval cottage boasts a private secluded garden, in which you can find exotic sub tropical plants. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for unwinding on summer evenings.

The restored Helford Railway stops directly at the bottom of the garden. A 40 minute drive from the farmhouse is The Eden Project- the worlds largest indoor rainforest. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Roseland Peninsula, Newquay and Padstow are also just a short drive away. The beautiful fishing village of Porthleven Harbour has a great selection of pubs and restaurants.
