About this Holiday Farmhouse

Dating back to 1278, this luxury farmhouse is bursting with history, and is the perfect getaway for a group of your family and friends to explore the surrounding countryside.

The interior of Tregadjack Farmhouse is furnished with spectacular period antiques, oriental rugs and plush carpets, complimenting the period features of this delightful granite property.

The ground floor consists of a spacious but cosy sitting room with a wood- burning fire, digital flat screen TV, CD player, DAB radio, Hi-Fi and ipod dock. The dining room seats eight, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave & grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine. There is also a utility room with laundry area and toilet. To the rear, there is a large conservatory with comfortable seating.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The three bedrooms are located on the first floor. There is a double bedroom with 5' half-tester bed, leading to the bathroom with a double ended slipper bath and wc. This bathroom is shared by the twin bedroom containing two 3' single beds. There is also a double bedroom with 4'6'' bed with en suite marble shower and toilet.

This medieval cottage boasts a private secluded garden, in which you can find exotic sub tropical plants. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for unwinding on summer evenings.

Other Things to Note

Strictly non- smoking. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. Free WiFi for recreational use only (speed and service will vary, depending on the package obtained by the owner of the farmhouse.) A highchair and a stairgate are available upon request. Underfloor heating.

Around and About

The restored Helford Railway stops directly at the bottom of the garden. A 40 minute drive from the farmhouse is The Eden Project- the worlds largest indoor rainforest.
