Located at the end of a long private country lane, Dovecote is an 18th Century barn conversion surrounded by tranquil farmland and set within the grounds of Felmingham Hall, a Grade II listed Elizabethan manor house. This historic estate dates back to 1469, and was once the home of William Talman, the 'Master of Works' to the court of King James I.
Now, however, it provides fantastic accommodation for holidaymakers looking to relax and explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
Dovecote boasts an eclectic mix of original period features combined with modern furnishings. There is a large reception room with a dining area, including a wood- burning stove, inglenook fireplace, exposed brickwork and cosy sofas, as well as a Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player.
The modern fitted kitchen is also well- equipped with a selection of appliances, such as a cooker with electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available for young families to use.
The retreat is perfect for young families, and there is a variety of toys and games in the shared games room, as well as a wigwam and a dressing up box.
There are 3 en- suite bedrooms at Dovecote- a twin bedroom with 3' beds, a double bedroom with a colonial four poster 4'6 bed, and another double bedroom with a 4'6 bed.
There is an enclosed lawn garden at Dovecote, including outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

Dovecote is within easy reach of a beach and popular country walks, as well as the scenic Georgian towns of Holt and Burnham Market, where you can try out the great restaurants, pubs and independent shops.
The bird sanctuaries at the seaside village of Cley, and the traditional resort towns of Cromer, Sheringham and Wells make fun family days out, and easily reached by cars.
