Bedroom 3 - king-size bed or twin 2'6" single beds & views to the village & the Coniston mountains.
House bathroom with bath, hand shower over & WC.
Covered storage area for mountain bikes, canoes, etc. (Please note that this is not lockable.)
Large riverside garden with large lawn, patio area & borders. Steep drops to the stream. Parking for 2 cars - with a very narrow access between stone walls - other parking nearby.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cottage & garden's location immediate to Yewdale Beck, the garden is NOT suitable for unsupervised children.
Electricity, gas-fired central heating, wi-fi, bed linen. Towels, travel cot, stair gate & high chair are available to hire.
The cottage is available for short breaks of three or four nights. Dogs are charged at £25 each.
