The living room has two luxury leather sofas, single sofa bed/ chair, French doors leading into the back garden and a 40" LCD backlit TV with Freesat Sky TV and BT Sports channels. There is also a Blu Ray DVD player and range of DVDs, free Wi-Fi and a Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth connectivity and iPad/ iPod charger.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, double oven, halogen hob, fridge/ freezer and oak table with chairs for up to eight people. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, dryer and clothes pulley.
The property has a spacious master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is further ground floor double bedroom close to the downstairs cloakroom and two further first floor twin bedrooms. The large family bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, WC, sink and bath.
The property has an open lawn garden to the front and further enclosed garden with beautiful woodland views. There is garage space for bikes/ skis and parking for two cars.
The rental price includes all bed linen, towels, electricity, oil and Wi-Fi service. A stair gate, high chair and travel cot can be provided free of charge.
Short breaks may be available except during school holiday times. These start from £500 for two nights, £600 for three nights, £645 for four nights and £675 for five nights. The property is dog friendly by prior arrangement.
Plenty of outdoor activities including wildlife watching, biking, golf, skiing, walking, fishing, sailing, shooting and horse-riding can be enjoyed in the surrounding area. Edinburgh and Glasgow are two hours twenty minutes drive away or Inverness is a thirty minute drive away.There is a mainline train station in Aviemore and the town centre amenities are a twenty minute walk from Bennachie.
From Glasgow: Take the M90 towards Stirling then merge onto M9. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit “A9 Inverness”. Turn right onto B9152 sign posted for Aviemore. Drive north through centre of Aviemore. Pass Dalfaber Golf & Country Club exit on the right then take 2nd exit left onto Carn Elrig View. Continue through the A9 underpass.
