The living accommodation at the Lake House includes a spacious, window lined kitchen/ breakfast dining area with top of the range appliances including an Aga and long table providing seating for up to eleven people. French doors from the area lead out onto the patio where there is extra seating and entertaining space.
The formal dining room overlooking the lake can be found on the mezzanine level and there is a large dual aspect sitting room with two seating areas, wall mounted TV, feature fireplace, high vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
The Lake House has six spacious bedrooms, three of which have ensuite facilities. The magnificent master suite has its own balcony, Romanesque ensuite bathroom and four of the bedrooms have zip and link beds so can be presented as either doubles or twins as required.
Relax on your private terrace with al fresco dining suite provided and look out over the lake. There are also plenty of walks to enjoy through the landscaped grounds with waterfalls and woodland. Look out for the resident alpacas along the way and stop to say hello.
The Estate has a world class spa with swimming pool, Jacuzzi and spa. There are also estate pubs, restaurants and bars nearby.

Short breaks of three nights or more are welcome throughout the year including the Christmas/ New Year period.
The Lake House is set a short walk from Sandsend beach and a two minute walk from the estate pub. The property is also ideal for visiting Whitby, the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and Runswick Bay.
