Ideal for outdoor activity holidays, Bramble Bottom is spacious five bedroom holiday home perfect for families or groups visiting the Yorkshire Dales. Short breaks are welcome throughout the year and the cottage is also dog friendly by prior arrangement.
The spacious living accommodation has cathedral height ceilings, wood burner stove, two extra large sofas, a wall mounted LCD TV, DVD player and wonderful views. The cottage also has a large dining area with carved chairs for up to ten people and the kitchen is well equipped with a great range of amenities including a wine chiller.
The bedrooms are set on either side of the living accommodation and affectionately known as the East and West Wings. The Waterfalls Room is furnished is shades of blue and cream and is located on the first floor of the West Wing. The ground floor is home to the yellow and black 'Tour de France' room and both rooms are furnished with a king size bed and walk in showers.
The East Wing is ideal for families and has the The Meadow Room, a spacious room with super king size zip and link beds. Next door is The Swaledale Room, a twin room with feature painting on the wall. Both rooms share use of a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
The East Wing has one final room, The Heather Room, which is furnished in purple and green. This room has a king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower cubicle.
The cottage is well suited to families and has children's crockery, cutlery, toys, games and books. We can also provide travel cots, high chairs and other equipment including changing mats and stair-gates.
The cottage has a sheltered stone patio which looks out over the village green. The garage is ideal for storing bikes, outdoor gear and anything else you don't want in the house.
The cottage is available for short breaks of three nights or more except over the Christmas and New Year period. Two medium size dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
There are plenty of scenic walks to enjoy right from the doorstep which take you through the surrounding Swaledale area. There are also numerous local shops, tea shops and a pub closeby and local attractions include the Wensleydale Creamery, Dales Countryside Museum and Aysgarth Falls.
