Situated within easy reach of St Andrews and surrounded by the beautiful countryside of Fife, Kudu Apartment is a charming two storey apartment ideal for families of up to four people. Enjoy the wonderful views from your private veranda and use of great shared onsite facilities including an indoor pool and sauna.
The apartment has an open plan sitting/ dining room with gas fire and feature wrought iron spiral staircase which leads to the first floor sleeping accommodation. There is also a TV and the kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The property is accessed via six steps which lead up the veranda and entrance.
The bedrooms are presented as one double bedroom with ensuite shower and a further twin bedroom also with an ensuite shower.
There is a private veranda which overlooks the grounds, the woodland of Pitmedden Forest and beyond.
Our 120 acre castle estate is ideal for a host of functions and events including wedding receptions, photo shoots and music concerts. Guests can also enjoy fishing and croquet onsite and we have a heated indoor pool along with a sauna. Well maintained pathways throughout the grounds are ideal for walkers and joggers.
Activities including archery, air rifle shooting and rafting can be arranged for corporate team building days.
Families are welcome at the estate and there is a new children's play area for our younger guests to enjoy.
The check in time for our cottages is from 4pm and please check out by 10am.
Groups are welcome and our five self catering properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 21 people.

Short breaks of two nights or more are welcome. We do not accept pets in this property but we do have pet friendly accommodation onsite.
Our estate is situated around a twenty minute drive south of Perth and two miles from Auchtermuchty and Newburgh. We are also close to the M9 which gives easy access to the Highlands, Edinburgh and St Andrews can be found nineteen miles away.
