Cwm Bach Farm is a delightful four bedroom former farmhouse which dates from the early 19th century and situated just a couple of miles from Crickhowell. Sitting in several acres of meadows, the property provides a peaceful retreat for both families and groups with plenty of scenic walks, nature watching trips and cycling routes to enjoy in the surrounding area.
The comfortable lounge has a large stone fireplace with warming wood burner stove, a charming metal spiral staircase to the first floor, basic Sky TV and a DVD player. The spacious kitchen with quarry tile floor looks out over the adjoining dining area with six chairs and is well appointed with a Belfast sink, double electric oven, halogen hob, fridge, microwave and plenty of storage. A wood burner stove can also be found in the dining/ kitchen area and a stable door leads out into the garden. The utility room houses the laundry facilities and the hallway provides space for boots and coats.
The large enclosed garden is partly walled and equipped with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is also plenty of car parking and mountain bike storage can be supplied on request.
The rental charge includes bed linen, towels, electricity and oil central heating. A cot and high chair are available. Wood is supplied for the wood burner stoves. Mobile reception at the cottage is reasonable. An extra fold up bed can be supplied on request.
Short breaks may be available at certain times of the year. No pets due to nearby livestock.
