Our choice of individually designed guest rooms are presented as deluxe king rooms, deluxe twin rooms and a spacious luxury room with king size four poster bed. Each guest rooms is well equipped with HD TV, a Roberts radio, iPod speaker and dock, Nespresso machine, a mini bar and handmade biscuits. All the stylish bathrooms have drench showers and complimentary toiletries from Cowshed bath, skincare and body products. A free standing roll top bath is also available on request.
Our deluxe rooms are furnished with bespoke furniture, Egyptian cotton linen and we have ground floor deluxe twin rooms available.
Our luxury four poster room was occupied by Sir William Chapple Knt who presided over the trial of Dick Turpin held in the city in 1739.
An express breakfast can be delivered to your room during your stay and options include a bacon sandwich, almond croissant with cappuccinos. Pre-book at the time of room reservation or just ask on arrival.
Champagne and cocktails can be pre-ordered for your arrival or can be requested at check in.
We can also arrange for a tuck bag made from the local supplier 'York Sausage Shop' to be delivered to your room. This includes Yorkshire crisps, pork pie, sausage roll and pickle.
Car access is limited but bags can be dropped off between 5pm and 10.30am. Parking can be found at two council car parks nearby and spaces can be booked with us in advance.
