Ample private parking for 3 to 4 cars is onsite and the pristine family kitchen is fully fitted, inclusive of a large Smeg fridge and a dishwasher. The house is perfect for large family groups, and ideally positioned for exploring North Cornwall and the Devon Hartland Heritage Coast just over the border.
Springfields has wonderful country views and extensive living space across two floors. A spacious lounge contains attractive, comfortable seating and a cosy woodburner. The lounge leads in to the separate Conservatory with garden views. A large family kitchen includes a Smeg fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher and an electric range oven. Additional facilities including a sink, washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer are in a utility room. A convenient downstairs wc is also available. The spacious dining room seating eight leads out to a decking area furnished with a further table, seating and an umbrella. Two large flat-screen TVs are inclusive, one in the lounge and one in the dining room.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms include 4 doubles, two of which have en-suite showers. Three doubles are upstairs and 1 double with en-suite shower is downstairs. Other bedrooms include an upstairs twin bedroom and a downstairs bunk bedroom. A main family bathroom with a bath and shower is also upstairs.

The great surfing beaches of Bude are just a few minutes' drive away to the south of the house, and a little further south sits award-winning Crackington Haven beach and Tintagel Castle. Launceston, Cornwall's old capital, with its striking castle is a short drive away, and the Camel Trail open to cyclists and walkers is within easy reach. The property is an ideal gateway on to the South West Coast Path and into the surrounding North Cornwall countryside.

The holiday home sits just off the A39 close to the Devon border, and a mere 2 to 3 minute drive north of Bude.
